With 35 years in the commercial property industry, Neil Kidd is an executive board member of World Trade Center Perth; a member of the over 330 strong network of World Trade Centers across 91 countries and whose charter is to promote international trade. Mr Kidd had served two years as inaugural chair of ASX-listed Global Construction Services (GCS).
His past roles included an 11-year stint as general manager of property for Westralia Airports Corporation (Perth Airport), a period which covered the redevelopment and expansion of the $2 billion infrastructure asset, managing and restructuring the State Government Employees Superannuation Boards property portfolio, managing the bid process for the Woodside Tower and numerous consultancy assignments. As director of office leasing for Colliers International, Mr Kidd headed up the agency's industry-leading leasing division with a focus on CBD and institutional-grade assets together with startup development projects.
