Neil K Joyce

Mr Joyce is a non-executive director of Empire Oil & Gas NL. For over 20 years he was a partner in an accountancy practice, where he specialised in corporate and personal taxation consulting, prospectus registration, corporation's legislative requirements and the Listing Rules. He has particular expertise in business acquisitions, company acquisitions and takeovers, tax effective financing and structuring of business entities, capital gains taxation and many other areas.
Mr Joyce was the company secretary of Empire from 1998 to 2011. He was appointed a non-executive director of the company in 1998. Mr Joyce chairs board meetings and provides input into the company's accounting and financial compliance strategies.
