Nathan King is the state director of Western Australia at LMW (later known as Acumentis) and has been a longstanding company member since 1993, having originally commenced with state-based valuation firm Hegney Property Valuations. He was originally appointed to LMW to establish the commercial valuation division within Western Australia and take a leading role in the development and refinement of new market leading IT solutions, streamlining operational processes, and managing the rapid growth of the commercial sector within the business. He was appointed managing director and subsequently became chief executive for all company operations throughout Western Australia.
Mr King is a Certified Practising Valuer in the State of Western Australia and an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute. He actively participates as a Professional Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, undertaking member responsibilities to increase its profile within the valuation industry.
