Natasha Burn

Natasha Burn graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (major in Political Science). Since her admission in Western Australia in 2009, Ms Burn has gained extensive experience in defendant insurance litigation and specialises in the defence of medical malpractice claims, personal injury and general insurance claims. Prior to joining HWL Ebsworth in July 2013, she worked in the insurance litigation group of Downings Legal, acting on instructions from major public and private insurers. At HWL, Ms Burn acts for insurers in relation to medical malpractice claims, professional indemnity claims, general insurance claims, public liability claims and industrial diseases claims.
