Natalie Kam

Natalie Kam is an Accredited Family Law Specialist and provides advice on all areas of family law including divorce, property settlement, parenting matters, relocation, international child abduction, de facto relationships and financial agreements.

Ms Kam has been the lead family law partner and Accredited Family Law Specialist at Jackson McDonald since August 2022. Prior to that, she spent over 3.5 years as a partner of Lavan, and over 5 years with Culshaw Miller Lawyers where she was head of its Perth family law team. Ms Kam had also worked at Rockwell Olivier and was an advisor on the Legal Advice Service, the legal advice component of the Family Relationship Advice Line, an initiative of the Commonwealth Attorney General’s Department.

Ms Kam is an elected member of the Family Law Practitioners’ Association and co-edits their industry magazine, Ex Curia, as well as co-convening the Ex Curia Sub-Committee. She became its vice president for advocacy and law reform in November 2020.
