Natalie Casale

Natalie Casale specialises in banking and finance law, with particular expertise in agri-finance, property finance and structured products. She acts on commercial financing transactions across a range of projects and industries but has a particular focus on agriculture, agribusiness, real estate and property, and construction. Her practice encompasses general loan and security documentation, property development finance, lending to managed investment schemes, structuring and enforcement. Ms Casale also has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting commercial leases for office, industrial and retail properties. She acts for corporate clients in the acquisition and sale of all types of property. For more than 8 years, Ms Casale has advised Australia’s major financial institutions on financing transactions across a range of projects and industries. She acts for leading banks including ANZ, St George Bank, Westpac, Rabobank, National Australia Bank, Bankwest, Macquarie Bank, and non-bank lenders such as AXA.
