Murdo Gillies has more than 22 years of experience in subsea oil and gas and civil engineering projects in the UK, North Sea and Australia. He has held roles including senior project manager on North Sea subsea developments, project manager on UKCS brownfield modification projects, and subsea project manager on two full North Sea subsea tie-back developments, both taken from concept stage through to first oil/gas. Additional experience includes subsea pipeline detail design, management of structural fabrication contracts, and large procurement packages for subsea developments.
