Morgan Carroll

Morgan Carroll has more than 15 years of experience in mining finance and advisory. His experience spans a wide angle, including initially practising as a mining lawyer at a large multinational law firm in New York and London, corporate and investment banking within a number of US and European banks, and several years advising on base metals, precious metals, and oil and gas deals. During his career, Mr Carroll has been involved in numerous prominent financings for mining assets in Africa, Latin America and the Russian Federation. His areas of focus are corporate and project finance, debt and equity capital markets, M&A, joint ventures, Board-level governance and corporate development. Mr Carroll is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin (LLB, Ling. Germ.), the University of London (LLM), is admitted as an Attorney in the State of New York and as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
