Min Hong
Min Hong is an experienced senior IT leader with over 10 years of experience in remuneration survey management system, data analytics, software design and development at an enterprise level. Mr Hong has vast knowledge in software development, cloud technology, microservice infrastructure, machine learning and process automation.
Before joining BDO as chief information officer and later as an associate director of remuneration & reward in February 2021, Mr Hong was the software development lead at Mercer Digital for Australia and the US for six years, and led an international team worldwide to achieve and deliver multiple IT projects (global insurance policy management, job evaluation system, and survey data collection). Prior to Mercer, he was a software manager at AUSREM, a boutique remuneration consulting practice later acquired by Mercer.
