Mimi Packer graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce and is an accountant and mother of four children. She is on the board of the Presbyterian Ladies’ College Foundation and has been involved with numerous charities including The Smith Family, The Salvation Army, Clontarf Foundation and Adventure Club.
