Mike Moloney has over 30 years of experience in the public and private sectors, on government-led development projects, and in the civil and construction industries. Mr Moloney held key executive and leadership roles within LandCorp and was at the forefront of negotiations with local, national and international parties involving some of WA's key economic infrastructure including the Australian Marine Complex, the Ord-East Kimberley Expansion Project and the Pilbara Cities Initiative. He was also involved in the creation of staged elements of Joondalup City; the development of Mandurah Ocean Marina; as well as the construction of the strategically-located Cockburn Central Town Centre which led the way in the contemporary development of activity centres around transport hubs. Mr Moloney has completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors’ course in April 2015 and held a two-year post as chair of the Civil Contractors’ Federation (WA).
