Mike Laughton-Smith PSM has over 25 years of experience in power utility operations, engineering and executive leadership, particularly in services to regional and indigenous communities. Until May 2011, Mr Laughton-Smith was the general manager of Islanded systems development at Horizon Power where he oversaw a major capital replacement program as well as the development and delivery of two world leading diesel/solar hybrid power stations.
