Mike Frampton is a taxation and commercial lawyer based in Perth. He has over 25 years of experience in all areas of revenue law including income tax, capital gains tax, GST, fringe benefits tax, stamp duties, land tax and payroll tax. Mr Frampton also has extensive experience in structuring commercial transactions, drafting contracts and other relevant documents.
