Mike Foley

Mike Foley OAM joined the City of Swan in 1982 and rose through the ranks from a construction engineer to be appointed chief executive in 2006. Mr Foley retired from a career in local government in September 2020.

In June 2022, Mr Foley was awarded a Medal of the Order of Australia for service to local government.
