Less reliance on cars, more green spaces and a shift away from centralised electricity could form the basis of a new policy on WA's neighbourhoods, the WA Planning Commission says.
Global consulting and engineering firm Hatch has expanded its Australian presence by purchasing Perth-based RobertsDay, which is ranked as WA's largest town planning firm.
