Mr Baker was a mechanical engineer at Western Power for over 15 years before joining AJ Baker & Sons in January 2005 as a general manager. He was appointed managing director in March 2015 where he oversees the national branch network and directly manages the two West Australian branches. AJ Baker & Sons are a fourth-generation family-owned company established in 1920, and an Australian leader in commercial refrigeration.
