Michelle Hawksley has extensive experience in the areas of corporations law (including ASX listings, fundraisings – initial public offerings and non‑renounceable and renounceable rights issues – corporate restructures, corporate compliance, shareholders agreements and notices of meeting), acquisitions and divestments of companies and businesses, real property law (including the drafting and negotiation of industrial and commercial leases, land sales and purchase agreements and building contracts), contract law, general commercial law, statutory interpretation and goods and services tax. Her work in all these areas has covered many major matters and has involved a very wide range of international, national, government and local clients and various ASX-listed companies. Ms Hawksley was also a trustee and solicitor for the SAS Resources Fund and its associated Trusts. She was admitted in 1998.
