Michelle Bilson has more than 25 years of experience in the not-for-profit sector, including over 10 years in senior leadership roles.

She joined Activ Foundation in April 2014 and was appointed executive manager of operations north in October 2018 where she oversees State and Commonwealth funded services delivered to customers in traditional and NDIS-operated environments in the east metro, north-east metro, north metro areas, the Wheatbelt and Mid-West regions of Western Australian. She then became executive manager of special operations in October 2021.
