Michael Scott

Michael has experience in all sections of the commercial real estate market including commercial, retail, residential and industrial sectors. In 2012, he achieved Associate Membership to the Australian Property Institute and became a Certified Practising Valuer.

Mr Scott has experience in various valuation purposes, report styles and client requirements including mortgage security, financial reporting, asset replacement cost, fair value assessment, compensation, feasibility analysis, rent reviews, acquisition and disposal advice. He also has extensive experience in the valuation of englobo residential land holdings and land estates, and the rental valuations of telecommunication infrastructure.
