Michael Rowe

HR Business Director, Partner / Resource Capital Funds

Michael Rowe joined Resource Capital Funds (RCF) in 2010 after 22 years with the Royal Dutch Shell Group. During his time with Shell, Mr Rowe worked in human resources as well as commercial, governance and M&A roles in the UK, Netherlands, China, Singapore and Australia. He has a strong external focus advising RCF's portfolio companies and leading HR aspects of investments. Mr Rowe commenced his career in industrial relations at Australian mine site operations. He is a graduate in Arts (Industrial Relations & Political Science) from the University of New South Wales, and a Fellow of the Australian HR Institute.
