Known for delivering step change, operational growth, strong financial performance and continuous improvement across our operations, Michael Porter joined Bis in 1988 as a scheduler. Throughout his career, he held a number of positions across the organisation prior to becoming chief operating officer for the Australian business in 2014. Mr Porter has been pivotal in developing and building the company's customer relationships and subsequently growing its Australian operations through the delivery of customer-focused solutions. His experience continues to be crucial to Bis’ success in establishing new operations, in addition to overseeing the group's current portfolio of operations.
