Michael Pailthorpe

Michael Pailthorpe is the CEO of Sports Chaplaincy Australia and the former CEO of Variety WA. Mr Pailthorpe's marketing career commenced with Transperth and eventually took him to Sydney where he was appointed the state manager for World Vision NSW & ACT. Prior to his appointment with Variety WA, he was the inaugural CEO of Habitat for Humanity Australia and during his 4½ year tenure oversaw the expansion of the organisation to all states and into the Asia Pacific region. Mr Pailthorpe has a Bachelor of Business with a marketing major at Curtin University and an MBA at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Sydney.
