Michael Luddeni

Michael Luddeni has more than 25 years of domestic and international experience across the manufacturing, finance, and professional services sectors with Ford Motor Company, Pacifica Group, National Australia Bank, Deloitte and PwC.
His career has seen him go from fitter and turner to engineer, consultant and as a director of business operations consulting at PwC where he led the firm’s process excellence capability for over 2 years. He joined Engineers Australia in January 2022 as chief operating officer before becoming acting chief executive from May to July 2022.
Mr Luddeni holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (first class honours).
