Michael Klayko has over 40 years of experience in the data storage, networking, technology and telecommunications industries.

He was chief executive of Brocade and has held leadership and executive positions at technology companies including Rhapsody Networks, McDATA Corporation, EMC Corporation, Hewlett Packard, and IBM.

Mr Klayko has an understanding of the technology and network solutions industry coupled with experience as a director of other public-listed technology companies. He is the managing partner of MKA Capital, an investment company focusing on technology investments, and operating executive at global investment firm Marlin Equity Partners.
