Michael Hillgrove

Michael Hillgrove has over 40 years of experience working with the public, government, not-for-profit and private sectors through a combination of statutory audit assignments, due diligence reviews, risk management projects, internal audit roles and probity auditing. He has well-rounded auditing skills encompassing both internal and external assignments.

Prior to being appointed a partner at Hall Chadwick WA's audit and assurance division in July 2020, Mr Hillgrove spent over 20 years at Grant Thornton where he was chair of Perth office and head of audit & assurance, an associate director at the WA Office of the Auditor General for over 4 years, 11 years at Deloitte and 7 years at Coopers & Lybrand.
