Michael Ferguson

Michael Ferguson has more than 30 years’ experience in commercial and corporate litigation, competition law and regulation. His legal practice encompasses a wide range of industry sectors including finance, property development, mining, oil and gas, transport, manufacturing and retail. In addition to advising and acting for clients in corporate, contractual, tortious, interpretation and other disputes, Mr Ferguson also has extensive experience in banking and insolvency litigation and corporate recovery. He is a member of the Law Society of Western Australia, the Law Council of Australia and its Competition and Consumer Committee in Western Australia, and a member of the board of Volunteer Taskforce Inc.
