Michael Dulaney is an energy, resources and infrastructure lawyer specialising in LNG, oil & gas and electricity projects. He advises Australian and international clients on the establishment and operation of large scale LNG projects including due diligence, negotiating joint venture arrangements, sale and purchase agreements, gas sale agreements, operations and maintenance contracts, and gas transportation. Mr Dulaney is a member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN), the Australian Mining and Petroleum Law Association and a Life Member of the Petroleum Club of WA.
