He has been involved in regulatory compliance, strategic partnering, strategy implementation and project delivery, and has worked at businesses in complex and highly regulated environments.

Mr Carter also has diverse commercial background with interests across the agricultural, engineering, wealth management, funds management, stockbroking, superannuation, mutual banking, technology and services sectors.
