Michael Brown is the owner of earthmoving equipment provider Goldmont.
His experience includes a combination of finance, business development, strategic planning and operating improvements. His financial experience includes on market capital raisings, private equity and debt funding.
Mr Brown has managed the sale process for non-core assets, led the successful takeover of an ASX listed company, led numerous due diligence exercises and managed a 50% Joint Venture interest in a producing coal mine.
