Michael Altieri

Michael Altieri was appointed director of events & conferences at Crown Perth in 2002. He commenced his career with the Starwood Corporation in 1981 at the Sheraton Perth Hotel, and progressed throughout the Sheraton Management system until he was appointed director of catering and conventions. As director, events & conferences at Crown Perth, Mr Altieri has the opportunity to preside over, and direct, its convention facilities and specialise in the events and convention market. He also managed both the Burswood Dome F&B operations and the previous Golf Club F&B operations, and was part of Crown Limited's takeover in 2004 where he became directly responsible for the implementation of Crown's 'Best Practices' and Structural Changes.
