Meegan Sullivan has over 20 years of experience in project planning and delivery, business strategy, project positioning, communication and engagement strategies, issues and risk management within the infrastructure sector. She has held business and people leadership positions for almost 15 years, with significant experience within a state-owned corporation and privately-owned companies. Her professional services consulting experience extends across Australia with various positions held in New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland. Ms Sullivan has led, delivered and advised on projects including Melbourne’s Regional Rail Link, Melbourne Metro Tunnel and East West Link Public Private Partnerships, Brisbane’s Airport Link, Gold Coast’s Rapid Transit project and Sydney’s Desalination Project. She has also been involved in several successful alliances over the last decade and has sat on alliance leadership teams for the Rail Systems Alliance (Regional Rail Link), Sydney Water’s Priority Sewerage Program, North Head Sewage Treatment Improvements and SewerFix Wet Weather Alliances.
