McGregor Thom is a qualified solicitor, admitted to practice in Western Australia.
He commenced his legal training with Mallesons Stephen Jacques and has accummulated legal experience in Australia and the United Kingdom, where he worked in the General Counsel’s Office for American Express Bank, London and in the corporate law firm Addleshaw Goddard in Manchester.
Mr Thom’s experience extends to corporate finance, in particular capital raising for ASX companies. He was a corporate adviser for Montagu Corporate, a securities advisor at Hartley Poynton, and an executive director of Parkd where he was responsible for overseeing corporate and commercial strategies.
