Matthew Crofts has around 20 years of experience as a property professional. He specialises in valuation and consultancy work across commercial, industrial and retail property, residential and mixed-use development sector.

Mr Crofts has developed longstanding client relationships with financial institutions, ASX-listed entitles, and a wide range of clients involved in property and financial services across Australia.

Mr Crofts joined Acumentis (then Glendinning & Associates) in 2002 and is the WA state director responsible for the specialised division of commercial valuations and consultancy throughout the Perth metropolitan area and across regional Western Australia.
