Matt Young was appointed chief financial officer of Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) in May 2018, after several years in various senior finance roles including leading the global financial control team and as deputy chief financial officer.

Prior to joining TWE, Mr Young was a director of PwC Australia where he provided commercial support to complex, global organisations in the FMCG and retail industries.

Mr Young holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Melbourne. He is a member of the Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand.
