Matt Lancien has more than 12 years of experience in the oil and gas industry including FEED, detailed design, fabrication, testing, installation and commissioning of offshore and onshore pipelines, subsea hardware and structures. He also has experience in tender preparation and evaluation, feasibility studies, assurance reviews, procurement packages, and subcontractor’s management. Mr Lancien has been involved in the conceptual stage through to detailed design, fabrication and installation of several subsea and pipeline projects in shallow and deepwater areas in Europe, Australia, South East Asia, West Africa and the Middle East.
