Marnie Parkinson

Admitted to practice in 2000, Marnie Parkinson also has extensive experience working with native title claim groups, prescribed corporate bodies and native title representative bodies in the National Native Title Tribunal. As Special Counsel of HHG Legal, she carries much experience in trial work and interlocutory matters in the Family Court of Western Australia and the Federal Court. Ms Parkinson is a skilled negotiator with a talent for settling family law disputes, particularly those involving complex children’s and property matters.
