Markus Kerber

Dr Markus Kerber is managing director of the Federation of German Industries. Dr kerber worked as an investment banker in London in the equity capital markets divisions of Deutsche Bank AG and S.G. Warburg & Co. Prior to his appointment to the German Treasury, Dr Berker was director general at the German Ministry of the Interior from 2006 until 2009. Between 1998 and 2005, he was chief financial officer, chief operating officer, and vice chairman of the Supervisory Board of GFT Technologies AG.
