Mark Wallace

Mark Wallace is a certified practicing accountant with broad finance experience in the areas of acquisitions, divestitures, establishment and management of both Australian and international entities specifically China, South America and throughout the African continent. He has over 20 year's experience in finance and accounting roles, with 13 years spent as chief financial officer in the mining and mine services industry. He has particular expertise in debt financing, investment funding and acquisitions from previous roles at NRW Holdings, Swick Mining Services, Boart Longyear and Drillcorp and has built an extensive funding network across the UK, US, Hong Kong and Singapore. Mr Wallace joined Pluton Resources from NRW Holdings where he was chief financial officer and was responsible for the finances of both the Australian and International operations, and ensuring the support and head office infrastructure was maintained at the highest level. He also served as the chief financial officer of companies operating within the mining services sector in Australia, Asia, Canada and Africa.
