Mark Studd is an experienced company secretary and corporate governance professional. His experience includes ASX-listed and unlisted company arenas in small and large companies within a range of industries including retail, civil engineering and biotechnology. He has an MBA and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance with the Governance Institute of Australia. Mr Studd is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
