Mark Smith is an experienced organisational development leader with over 15 years of executive level experience in the financial services industry.

Mr Smith joined Police & Nurses Credit Society in 2001, subsequently becoming senior manager and general manager of human resources at P&N Bank in March 2013 and July 2014 respectively, general manager of organisational development in June 2016, and general manager of people & culture in February 2018.
