Mark Rogers has more than 20 years of global experience across the healthcare, pharmaceuticals and financial services sectors.
Mr Rogers has been the chief financial officer & group strategy executive of Medibank, which he joined in January 2017. He is responsible for the finance, actuarial, treasury, internal audit and investor relations functions across Medibank, as well as strategy development and M&A.
Prior to Medibank, Mr Rogers was the general manager for group performance and planning at National Australia Bank from June 2006 to December 2016 and was responsible for management reporting, performance management, planning and forecasting, and capital allocation. He was also the general manager of group development prior to that appointment. Mr Rogers was also responsible for group strategy and development at Mayne Group, and led its group investor relations division.
Mr Rogers is a director of Private Healthcare Australia and East Sydney Private Hospital, and chair of Myhealth Medical Group.
