Mark Paton has over 30 years of experience in banking and financial markets, including 10 years as group managing director of corporate at ANZ Banking Group and 4 years as chief executive and managing director of FIIG Securities. He was also with Westpac Banking Corporation for 15 years, including 5 years as general manager of Victoria. Mr Paton was chair of the Foundation for Young Australians for 8 years. He holds a Masters of Banking Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Sydney, is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Banking and Finance, and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has also completed extensive postgraduate studies with INSEAD, Columbia University of New York and IMD Lausanne.
