Mark Lyon

Mark Lyon was a senior officer in a maximum security prison in the UK for 10 years. His main role was the training of other officers in conflict resolution, occupational health and safety, negotiation techniques and roster maximisation. He arrived in Australia in 2006 and immediately began working with MCS Services as a site supervisor at the Hillarys Boat Harbour. He was promoted to head of operations, a position he held for 2 years. With the growth experienced by the company, there was a need for a general manager and Mr Lyon filled this position with a smooth transition and no disruption to operations.
