Mark Goodwin

Mark Goodwin is the managing principal of Eaton Square's Perth office and is focused on M&A, debt and equity raisings. He is a qualified Chartered Company Secretary and started his career as a Chartered Engineer, managing the design and construction of major infrastructure projects. Mr Goodwin has extensive M&A experience having led a large number of successful transactions in Australia, Asia, UK and the US. He managed a number of equity raisings; sourced funders and arranged over $400m of debt and bond facilities; and also led corporate strategy, developing and implementing strategic plans.
