Mark Foster-Key originally trained as a Chartered Surveyor in London. He has over 20 years of commercial property consultancy experience. In addition to valuation and consultancy, his diverse background also includes commercial, retail and industrial sales, leasing and commercial property management. Since migrating to Perth in 1999, Mr Foster-Key has become one of the state’s leading institutional grade commercial property valuers undertaking a wide variety of valuations for institutional, banking and high wealth private clients. Mr Foster-Key has a comprehensive understanding of cash flow and feasibility analysis models including 10-year discounted cash flows, DYNA and Estate Master. He regularly advises in a consultancy/due diligence capacity for larger property transactions, specialising in shopping centre, office tower and englobo development land. In addition to capital valuations, Mr Foster-Key also has considerable experience in CBD office and supermarket/retail rent determination and submission work.
