Mark Clark

Mark Clark was managing director of Regis Resources from 2009 to 2018, before being appointed executive chair of Capricorn Metals in 2019.
Prior to joining Regis Resources, Mr Clark was the managing director of Equigold NL which he joined in 1995 as chief financial officer and company secretary. He was closely involved in the development and operation of Equigold’s projects in Australia and Ivory Coast. Mr Clark was a director of Equigold from April 2003 and managing director from December 2005 until Equigold’s merger with Lihir Gold in June 2008. Prior to Equigold, he held a senior position at an international advisory firm, providing financial and corporate advice to clients in the mining industry.

Mr Clark is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
