Mark Bailey

Mark Bailey has experience in civil engineering, project management and environmental consulting. He began as an engineer in marine construction and commercial project management in WA and Indonesia. After completing his MEngSc in Environmental Engineering in 1996, he worked continuously in the field of marine environmental consulting. Mr Bailey has strategic, commercial and management skills developed while as an owner and director of Oceanica Consulting from 2002 to 2012, as managing director of BMT Oceanica and a wider role within the BMT Group. Mr Bailey is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Certified Practising Engineer. He has direct experience in marine and civil construction and an understanding of environmental regulations and marine science.
