Mark Abbotsford

Mark Abbotsford has over 19 years of commercial, marketing, trading, finance and M&A experience in Australia, Singapore, Japan and the United Kingdom.

He has held a number of senior positions at Woodside, including as executive advisor to the chief executive and managing director; vice president & group financial controller; vice president of marketing, trading and shipping; and executive vice president of marketing and trading. Prior experience included roles at the Western Australian Department of Treasury and BHP Iron Ore.

Mr Abbotsford graduated from the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School in 2021. He holds a Master of Philosophy in Finance from the University of Cambridge, and a Bachelor of Economics (First Class Honours) and MBA from the University of Western Australia.
