Mario Raciti

Mario Raciti is a key figure in HBA Legal’s public liability practice and has spent a decade representing major insurers, self-insurers and large Australian companies with significant deductibles. Based at HBA's Sydney office, Mr Raciti is the sole legal representative for four self-insured corporations (with sizable deductibles), responsible for all personal injury claims against them, and required to advise/liaise and manage the expectations of the insured, insurer and broker alike. He has acted for a large range of private corporations, insurers and re-insurers, providing advice on complex common law matters, policy interpretation, indemnity, risk management and dual insurance issues. He represents client’s interests in NSW, QLD and VIC, affording him detailed knowledge of liability, casualty and workers compensation legislation in those three states.
