Ms Polczynski's contribution to the development of the law include being a member of Attorney General's consultative group on personal property securities reform, national and Sydney chair of financial services committee at the Law Council of Australia, and as a contributing author over several years to the leading text The Law of Banker and Customer in Australia by Weaver and Craigie.
